Loma Linda Heat and Air Conditioning Inc. is owned by licensed contractor Miles Volsch.
Our Team prides itself on the qualified, experienced and honest team of HVAC technicians we employ. Miles has over 35 years of experience servicing all makes and models of air conditioning and heating systems. Since 2003, he has owned and lead Loma Linda Heat & Air Conditioning Inc. and regularly makes service calls, repairs and estimates himself.

We thought we were going to have to replace the whole unit on my grandmas older air conditioning system based on a couple of other vendors who checked it out. The other businesses were quoting upwards of 10,000$ for a brand new unit. These guys came in, found the actual problem, came back the next day with the part they needed and in less than an hour later we have cool air again! And right in time for this brutal heat wave. Would 110% recommend! They were so friendly too! Great customer service and great family owned business!”

They had to come out twice (for 2 different incidents) and they accommodated everything from our schedule to our budget. Really great people. We had called another company the first time and they were not available for 2 weeks! I could not live without air conditioning for 2 weeks. I called Loma Linda and they came out next day the first time and the SAME day the second time! I will continue using them for the long run as long as we live in the area!”

“Extremely grateful to Loma Linda Heating and Air for coming to save me after 5 days of having no AC over the 4th of July weekend when it was 100F degrees EVERY day... making the inside of my apartment 90+ degrees every day, despite opening the windows at night to try to cool it. Sadly, I have a lazy landlord and my AC/ heat/electricity goes out every few months. While it is not always an full emergency when the temperatures are bearable, during this heat wave it was a crisis for me and my pets. They were caring and timely and thorough and quickly restored my air conditioning and told my landlord the additional repairs that they should consider so problems with the HVAC system stop. I appreciate them advocating for me and taking such great care of me. I highly recommend them.”

“After getting involved in me fathers AC upgrade project I called and talked to several companies in the Inland Empire. My father's home is in Colton, Ca. I needed options on an existing Mickey Mouse system that was not done well and needed to be redone if not replaced. Many companies would not or could not ballpark a guess over the phone. While I understand this policy I did not want mine or my fathers time wasted we had a budget and with the hot summer coming it needed to get done. Miles and Loma Linda definitely stood out from the rest. He came on time for the estimate examined the system and was able to offer several options for the project. He was candor about what he thought was best and understanding our budget. The job was scheduled, took 2 days workers were great efficient and professional. My father was amazed at some of the things they were able to do. Loma Linda Heating & Air was great and Rebecca in the office was super helpful. Do your homework, shop around but this company is one of the best in the area.”

They did the roof pack, attic insulation and new ducting in my old house, and replaced the water heater there.
